✨ What is Roco Kingdom?
Roco Kingdom (洛克王国, "Luòkè Wángguó") is one of China's longest-running monster-collecting franchises. It launched in 2010 as a free Flash browser game by 4399 and Tencent, where children created an account, picked a starter spirit and explored a colorful kingdom of capturable creatures called jīnglíng (精灵, "spirits"). At its peak it had hundreds of millions of registered players in mainland China, alongside animated movies, books, plush merchandise and an annual TV special.
Roco Kingdom: World (洛克王国: 世界) is the upcoming open-world 3D reboot for mobile and PC. Closed beta began in late 2025; a global English release has been hinted but not yet announced.
🌟 Why this site?
English coverage of Roco Kingdom has historically been almost zero — Wikipedia has a stub, fan wikis are abandoned, and most data is locked behind Chinese-only sites like 4399 and BWiki. We're building rocokingdomworld.org to be the first proper English-language home for the series:
- Complete Pokedex of all known spirits with stats, evolutions, type matchups and skill lists
- Type effectiveness chart for the 18 elemental types
- Tier list, calculator, egg-group breeding planner and resource map
- Beginner guides and series history for players new to Roco Kingdom
- Release-date and download tracker as soon as the global version opens
🔤 Translation note
We currently use pinyin transliteration for spirit names (e.g. "Dimo" for 迪莫, "Huohua" for 火花) since no official English names have been released. When the global localization drops, we'll batch-update slugs and set up 301 redirects so old links keep working.
